Personal Development Resources

Together with your personal development plan document, these resources will help you maintain or enhance your skills and attitudes related to 8 competency categories.

Resources are provided by category, with specific focus on individual competency areas.

You will find videos, articles, free courses and exercises.

Please follow your personal development plan to see priority scores (see below).  Choose the resources that suit your needs and fit into your schedule.  The plan is for one year, however you can take on as much as you wish at any time.

Regardless of your priority score for any competency or category, we suggest that you view at least one Ted Talk every two weeks.

Note:  You may see the same resource shown in more than one category - this is intentional.

Periodically self-reflect on how and what you are doing.  Go through the resources periodically and maybe find some new ways to maintain and strengthen competencies, attitudes or approaches.
